1. Delivery Schedule:
- The supplier shall deliver the products/services in accordance with the agreed-upon delivery schedule. Any deviations from this schedule shall be communicated promptly to the buyer.
2. Delivery Location:
- Deliveries will be made to the location specified in the purchase order or as otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Shipping Method:
- The supplier shall choose an appropriate shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery. The costs associated with shipping will be as per the terms specified in the agreement.
4. Inspection upon Delivery:
- The buyer has the right to inspect the delivered products/services promptly upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damage should be reported within [X] business days of receipt.
5. Partial Shipments:
- The supplier reserves the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise agreed upon. Any outstanding deliveries will be completed as soon as possible.
6. Title and Risk of Loss:
