By paying this deposit, you agree to the terms of the SAHARAS Loan Agreement, allowing your business to utilize our patented heating technology to serve SAHARAS products.

• SAHARAS P&P500 Patented Heater

How the Deposit Works:

• Fully Refundable: The deposit is returned in full upon the termination of the agreement and the return of the equipment in good condition.

• Equipment Protection: This deposit covers the security of the units and ensures compliance with the exclusive use of SAHARAS nuts.

• Replacement Guarantee: In the event of standard mechanical failure, we provide a replacement unit at no extra cost. The deposit is only utilized if damage is caused by improper use (e.g., liquid damage or negligence).

Quick Terms:

• Exclusive Use: Equipment must be used exclusively for heating SAHARAS nuts.

• Returns: Upon termination, a return label must be requested within 10 days to ensure a full deposit refund.

• Ownership: The equipment remains the property of SAHARAS GLOBAL UK LTD at all times.
